The charger arrived well packed by registered mail and is as described, it comes with a short mains connecting lead, having used it to charge two EBL 9V 6F22 600mAh Li-ion batteries it worked very well, Having inspected the internal circuit board it is well made with good electrical separation from the mains voltage to the low voltage side, if I were to make any comments regarding the circuit board is they have not removed the soldier flux from the board, the user manual is well written in good English and give all the information needed. I can recommend this charger and seller.
